With smaller items (NDS cards, some watches etc) we should have stock with ourselves in the UK. With these items it means that we will post the item out to yourselves within 1 working day and you should receive it within 1 working days (2 days in total).
For larger items, or if we have run out of a particular item then we will arrange with one of our suppliers to send the item to your door which cuts down on the time taken for you to get your product. If it is a supplier in the UK then we expect that the item will take around 3 working days. If the supplier if overseas then the delivery usually takes 4 working days, although this can be up to 7, dependant on their stock levels (please see import taxes section below).
If in the very rare cases there are longer delays with an order for some reason, we will contact you. We will always keep you informed as to the staus of orders via email, you may also log into your account at any time to receive the most up to date information.
If there is any Import Duty to pay on the goods due to your country's import rules, the courier will present you with a bill at the time of delivery. In general you will need to pay any such bill to the courier before you can receive the goods. Any such charges are your responsibility and unfortunately we cannot offer advice or estimates about import fees or other taxes in your country as they vary country on country and item on item and are constantly changing.
After we send out your goods, if you want a tracking number please contact us and we will be able to provide one.
The shipping rates vary product to product and on your location, but will be visible after the product has been added to your cart.
For smaller packages we will send them out by recorded Royal Mail delivery as this is the quickest and easiest method. For larger packages we have accounts with FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Depending on the product and the location of the delivery we will choose the most suitable.
Shipping by recorded delivery / with couriers is insured and trackable online. Once your goods are sent out we will be able to supply a tracking number if you need. In rare cases of lost packages or mis-delivery, Electrogifts will offer full assistance and if necessary make insurance claims in your place while shipping replacements to you.
You must check your order before the courier leaves. If the item is found to be damaged then you must bring this up with the courier as it will be covered by their insurance policy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for goods damaged (including losses) in transport inscenarios where checking in front of the courier has not occured.
